  • Rolled oats100 g
  • Milk200 ml
  • Plain yogurt100 g
  • Honey2 tbsp
  • Chia seeds1 tbsp
  • Ripe bananas1 pc
  • Mixed berries100 g

Instructions

  1. 1

In a jar or bowl, combine rolled oats, milk, yogurt, honey and chia seeds. Stir well until everything is evenly mixed.

Tip: A mason jar with a lid works perfectly - you can shake it to mix and take it to go.

  2. 2

Slice the banana into thin rounds. Gently fold half the banana slices into the oat mixture.

  3. 3

Cover the jar or bowl tightly. Place in the refrigerator for at least 6 hours or overnight.

Tip: The oats absorb the liquid and soften overnight - no cooking needed. They keep for up to 3 days in the fridge.
