Data Deletion Policy

Overview
Prvi zalogaj is designed to store as little data as possible. Most data exists only on your device and is automatically deleted when you uninstall the App. This page explains exactly what data exists where, and how to delete it.
1. On-Device Data (automatic deletion on uninstall)
The following data is stored locally on your device using the Hive database and is automatically and permanently deleted when you uninstall the App or clear its data in your device settings:
- Language and dietary preferences
- Favourite recipes
- Cooking history
- Meal plan calendar entries
- Active cooking session
- IAP retry queue
To delete on-device data immediately without uninstalling:
- iOS: Settings → General → iPhone Storage → Prvi zalogaj → Delete App, or use Settings → General → iPhone Storage → Prvi zalogaj → Offload App, then reinstall.
- Android: Settings → Apps → Prvi zalogaj → Storage → Clear Data.
2. Server-Side Data (purchase entitlements)
When you make an in-app purchase, an entitlement record is stored on our verification backend. This record contains:
- An anonymous purchase receipt token (issued by Apple or Google)
- The product ID purchased
- Entitlement status and timestamps
This record contains no personal information (no name, email, or device identifier). However, you may request its deletion.
How to request server-side deletion
Email us at info@adapt-it.agency with:
- Subject line: Data Deletion Request
- Your App Store or Google Play order number (found in your purchase confirmation email)
We will verify the request and delete the associated entitlement record within 30 days. Note that deleting your entitlement record will permanently invalidate any active purchases tied to that record. Refunds must be requested through Apple or Google.
