Troubleshooting

Timers aren't notifying me in the background

Make sure notifications are enabled for Prvi Zalogaj in your phone's Settings. On iOS, go to Settings → Prvi Zalogaj → Notifications. On Android, go to Settings → Apps → Prvi Zalogaj → Notifications.

My purchase isn't showing up

Open the app, go to Settings, and tap 'Restore Purchases'. Make sure you're signed in to the same App Store or Google Play account used for the purchase. If the issue persists, contact us with your order number.

The app is in the wrong language

Prvi Zalogaj uses your device language by default. You can override it in Settings inside the app.

How do I report a bug?

Email us with a description of the issue, your device model, OS version, and app version (found in Settings → About).

Restore Purchases

If your purchased content is not showing after reinstalling or switching devices:

  1. Make sure you are signed in to the same Apple ID or Google account used for the original purchase.
  2. Open the App, go to Settings, and tap Restore Purchases.
  3. If the issue persists, email us at info@adapt-it.agency with your App Store or Google Play order number.
