Ingredients

  • Cucumber1 kom
  • Red onion0.5 glavice
  • Feta cheese200 g
  • Black olives (Kalamata)100 g
  • Olive oil4 žlice
  • Oregano1 žličica
  • Salt and pepperpo ukusu

Instructions

    Cut tomatoes into wedges and the cucumber into thick half-moons. No need to peel the cucumber.

    Slice the red onion into thin half-rings.

    Tip: Onion too sharp? Soak the slices in cold water for 5 minutes - it mellows the bite.

    Combine tomatoes, cucumber, onion and olives in a bowl. Season lightly with salt and pepper - feta and olives are already salty.

    Place the feta on top in large chunks - the Greek way, not crumbled. Sprinkle with oregano and drizzle generously with olive oil. Toss gently only when serving.
