Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using the Prvi zalogajmobile application (the “App”) or accessing https://prvizalogaj.com(the “Site”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the App or Site.
These Terms constitute a binding agreement between you and Adapt IT(“we”, “us”, “our”), Bregovita ulica 7, 10292 Harmica, Croatia.
2. The App and Service
Prvi zalogaj is a mobile cooking companion application that provides step-by-step recipe guidance, cooking timers, stir reminders, meal planning, and related features. The App is available on iOS via the Apple App Store and on Android via Google Play.
3. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions
The App is free to download. Certain content and features require an in-app purchase or subscription. All purchases are processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play) and are subject to their respective terms and conditions.
3.1 Monthly Subscription
The Monthly Subscription (“Subscription”) is priced at €4.88 per month, excluding VAT. It provides access to Advanced recipes and unlimited real-time cooking companion sessions.
- Auto-renewal: The Subscription automatically renews at the end of each billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. Your Apple or Google account will be charged within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the current rate.
- Cancellation on iOS: Go to Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions → Prvi zalogaj → Cancel Subscription. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
- Cancellation on Android:Open Google Play → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Prvi zalogaj → Cancel. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
- Free trial: If a free trial is offered, unused portions of a free trial period are forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
3.2 One-Time Purchases
The Chef Recipe Pack (€10.00) and Steak Masterclass (€4.99) are non-consumable one-time purchases. Once purchased, they are permanently available on any device using the same Apple or Google account, including after reinstallation.
3.3 VAT and Country-Specific Pricing
All prices listed in the App and on the Site are shown excluding VAT. Local VAT is calculated and added at checkout by Apple or Google based on your country of residence registered with the App Store or Google Play, so the final amount charged may differ from the listed price. The exact total — including any applicable VAT and currency conversion — is displayed by Apple or Google before you confirm the purchase.
3.4 Refunds
All purchases are final. We do not process refunds directly. Refund requests must be directed to Apple or Google in accordance with their respective refund policies:
3.5 Price Changes
We reserve the right to change subscription prices. Any price change will be communicated in advance within the App or via the App Store / Google Play. Continued use of the Subscription after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new price.
4. Free Tier Limitations
The free tier includes 7 Basic recipes and 3 real-time cooking companion sessions. After 3 companion sessions, a paywall will be displayed. Purchasing a Subscription or Chef Pack removes or extends this limitation as described in the App.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
- Attempt to bypass or circumvent in-app purchase verification
- Use the App in any manner that violates applicable law
- Share, sublicense, or resell access to paid features
6. Cooking and Allergy Disclaimer
The recipes and cooking guidance in Prvi zalogaj are provided for informational and educational purposes only. They do not constitute professional culinary, nutritional, or medical advice.
Always exercise caution when handling hot surfaces, sharp implements, and raw ingredients. Dietary labels (vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, dairy-free) are based on recipe ingredients as listed in the App. We make no guarantee that these labels are accurate for all brands, regional variations, or preparation methods. If you have food allergies or intolerances, always verify ingredients independently. We are not liable for any adverse reactions to food prepared using the App.
7. Intellectual Property
All content in the App — including but not limited to recipe text, step-by-step instructions, images, icons, and software — is owned by or licensed to Adapt IT and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written consent.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of harmful components. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Adapt IT shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the App, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months prior to the claim.
10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Croatia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Republic of Croatia.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. We will update the “Last updated” date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance. If changes are material, we will provide notice within the App.
