Ingredients
- Wheat noodles250 g
- Peanut butter (smooth)60 g
- Soy sauce3 žlica
- Toasted sesame oil2 žlica
- Rice vinegar2 žlica
- Sugar1 žličica
- Garlic1 čehova
- Cucumber1 kom
- Green onions2 kom
- Sesame seeds1 žlica

Cook the noodles in plenty of boiling water according to the packet, usually about 5 minutes. They should stay slightly firm.

Drain the noodles and rinse them under cold running water, tossing with your hands, until completely cool. Drain well.

Whisk the peanut butter, soy sauce, sesame oil, rice vinegar, sugar and grated garlic in a large bowl. Loosen with cold water, a spoonful at a time, until the dressing is the thickness of pouring cream.

Halve the cucumber lengthwise, scrape out the seeds with a spoon and slice it into thin half-moons.

Toss the noodles and cucumber through the dressing. Top with sliced green onions and sesame seeds and serve cold.
